Rs 973.74 crore ex-gratia approved by Central government

CM Shri Chouhan expresses gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Modi

Bhopal, January 19. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for granting approval to the payment of ex-gratia amounting to Rs.973 crore 74 lakh by the Central government. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has said that today under the leadership of the Prime Minister Shri Modi, the Union Cabinet has given a big relief by approving the payment of ex-gratia amount to the people who have taken loans. He said that this is a remarkable decision.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this decision will help the small borrowers in a big way by giving ex-gratia payment of difference between compound interest and simple interest during the moratorium period of six months to borrowers from the weaker sections.
