Bhopal : Tuesday, November 11, 2025:

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is continuously working to promote industries and create an investment-friendly environment. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Central Government has given new direction to industrial development and inspired all states to establish new industries. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the ‘Industry Conclave’ organized at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan, New Delhi, on Tuesday.

At the event, Madhya Pradesh was honored as the “Top Achiever State” in four business-centric reform areas: Business Entry, Labor Regulation Enablers, Land Administration, and Services Sector, under the “Business Reforms Action Plan (BRAP) 2024.” Chief Minister Dr. Yadav received the award from Union Commerce and Industry Minister Mr. Goyal. This recognition symbolizes the state’s transparent industrial policies and the environment of investor confidence.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh has not limited Ease of Doing Business to mere policy reforms but has transformed it into Speed, Scale, and Skill of Doing. The state’s industrial growth rate has increased remarkably. Regional industry conclaves have been organized across the state, strengthening local entrepreneurship. He noted that for the first time, the Global Investors Summit (GIS) was successfully held in the state capital Bhopal, enhancing Madhya Pradesh’s industrial identity at the national level.

Dr. Yadav further said that the Jan Vishwas Act has simplified complex laws and created a climate of trust among investors. Through the MP e-Seva Portal, over 1,700 services from 56 departments have been made available on a single platform, ensuring transparency, speed, and convenience for investors. He emphasized that Madhya Pradesh has set an example with its innovations, digital services, and investor-friendly approach.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that the MSME sector in the state is rapidly expanding and that the government is taking concrete steps to promote all industrial sectors, including IT. He thanked Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Shri Piyush Goyal for organizing the Industry Conclave and for inspiring all states to promote industrial growth.

Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal, while appreciating the performance of states at the conclave, said that India’s industrial progress is the result of coordinated efforts between the Centre and the States. He released the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) 2026 Guidebook, describing it as not just a reform document but an example of good governance and trust-based policymaking.

Shri Goyal added that this platform for sharing experiences among states is helping India move swiftly toward the goal of Developed India @2047.

Address by MSME Minister Shri  Kashyap

Shri Kashyap stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is making unprecedented progress in the fields of industry and employment. He announced that the state government is celebrating 2025 as the ‘Year of Industry and Employment’. Under the Jan Vishwas Bill 2024, 64 sections across 8 Acts of 5 departments have been amended to simplify procedures.

He informed that during the Global Investors Summit 2025, held in the presence of Prime Minister Shri Modi, 18 new industrial policies were launched, and the foundation stone of India’s largest PM MITRA Textile Park was laid in Dhar. Through the InvestMP Portal and Single Window System, all necessary approvals for investors are now available on a single platform.

At the conference, the BRAP 2026 Guidebook was unveiled, and Union Minister Shri Goyal interacted with state industry ministers. Ministers from Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Assam, Haryana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Delhi, and Nagaland shared their states’ innovations and achievements.

After Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s address, an audio-video presentation on Madhya Pradesh’s industrial progress, policy reforms, and investment promotion innovations was showcased. The presentation effectively highlighted innovations such as the Jan Vishwas Act, SAMPADA 2.0, Cyber Tehsil, RCMS, and the Labour Case Management System.

The program concluded with the BRAP Felicitation Ceremony, where Union Minister Shri Goyal honored states demonstrating outstanding performance. Senior representatives from NITI Aayog, DPIIT, state governments, industry organizations, and investment institutions attended the ceremony.
