The Chief Minister took information about the preparations for the divisional program to be held in Shivpuri

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Chief Minister’s public service campaign is a program for everyone’s welfare. Preparations for doing it systematically and enthusiastically should be completed on time. More than 7 lakh people will join the program. The distribution of acceptance letters to all the beneficiaries should be organized. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave these instructions from the residence office to the officials concerned in a virtual review meeting of the preparations for the divisional level Chief Minister’s public service campaign to be held in Shivpuri. Minister in-charge of Shivpuri district Mr. Mahendra Singh Sisodia along with other ministers, public representatives, commissioners and collectors of Gwalior division were present.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that there should be better programs in all panchayats of Gwalior division and full preparations should be made for their live telecast. He said that more and more beneficiaries should be present in the programme. Beneficiaries should be brouhgt to the programme respectfully. There should be no inconvenience in any way.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that no beneficiary should be left behind in receiving the acceptance letter. He gave necessary instructions to the commissioner and collectors of Gwalior division regarding the arrangements for the program and inquired about the preparations. He also discussed with the minister in charge of Shivpuri district, ministers and public representatives regarding improving the programme. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that at the beginning of the program, necessary preparations should be made for Kanya Pujan on the stage itself. There should not be any shortcoming in making the program a success.

Commissioner Gwalior Division said that good preparations have been made at all places for the programme. Arrangements have also been made for live telecast in all panchayats and urban areas.
